Hyemi Jo

My name is Hyemi Jo. I come from South Korea and I am deaf. I work as an artist, activist, and web designer in Berlin. I am engaged in political activities that enhance the visibility and strengthen the voices of the deaf community. I find Berlin a very diverse city where, for example, BIPOC and queer people from various backgrounds live together. I really enjoy the intersectionality that Berlin embodies.
