Tis Aly

researcher, maker and media artist - Tis is a Brazilian choreographer based in Berlin. Working in the field of expanded choreography, Ti’s deals with concepts like broken ancestrality, palpable territories and is a maker of pieces that brings the individual to the collective.

Their work has been part of various festivals and venues, working with screen dance and installation - Their work was shown in the independent scene in the context of South Korea, Brazil and E.U. Graduated in Social Sciences in Brazil and holds a Master of Arts at DAS Choreography. Working collaboratively and supported by German Senat Funds, Goethe Institut,  Dance Web, European Union and other funding bodies
