Lukas Akintaya

Lukas Akintaya (*1991, Lüneburg) is a Berlin-based drummer, composer, producer, and educator. Widely known for his activity and (co-)creation within the European-American improvised music scene, he also dwells in experiential solo projects and collaboration with dance, theatre, performance, and installation arts. Lukas’s sound ranges from atmospherical instrumental soundscapes, melodic compositions, personal poetry, and politically engaged storytelling.
