Ian Douglas Moore

 Ian Douglas-Moore’s music uses guitar, electronic tones, and field recordings to examine the textures of layered resonant sounds as they engage with acoustic space. He lives in New York City, where his interest in tuning led to joining composer David First’s Western Enisphere Ensemble. Other collaborators include Pär Thörn, David Watson, and Leo Suarez, with whom he recently released “Stubborn Plane” on Personal Archives Records.
