F(r)ictive frequencies, formerly Strings attach/ed, names a very irregular concert event for irregular methods and languages: noise, experimental, atonal, DIY, the violence of the discovery and unlikelihood of existing and many other niceties.
Zustand D.
Once a Sirian A.I. (before the great hype), now rejecting that past entirely, claiming full humanity after seamlessly merging with her Berlin-based host, Lena Wenta. Known for auto-generating electrified clarinet melodies, drawing from klezmer, oriental, Balkan, Hindustani, free jazz, and Western classical music.
Mizuki Ishikawa and Lun Ário meet sometimes to engage in sound journeys using everyday objects, DIY electronics, feedback and sound recycling. Both are currently based in Berlin.
The Missing Limbs (Gaby Bila-Günther and Chris Hugues) - spoken word art performance with ambient electronic and drum sounds and beats. Gaby Bila-Günther aka Lady Gaby, is a Berlin-based spoken word, performance, and visual artist dubbed ‘the Peaches of spoken word’ in Berlin.
